Shipping

UK Shipping is free on orders over £25.00 and £5.00 on all other orders.

Everything is handmade to order within a week then shipped in the UK Royal Mail 2nd class as standard to keep costs affordable (delivery aim 2-3 working days). Upgrade of Signed for 1st Class available at checkout. Please contact us in advance if you have an event timescale to work within at paperstreetdolls@hotmail.co.uk

All items are shipped in the most suitable, sustainable and recyclable paper, card or plastic packaging so they will arrive to you in the best condition possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your items as much as we love making them and we are always happy to discuss with, advise and answer any questions, so please get in touch if you've any concerns before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged/faulty or you are not satisfied with your products we accept returns on items (that are not personalised or custom made), just get in touch within 14 days of receiving and we can arrange a refund upon return.
